Starting at $100 per appointment — up to 2 hours
Professional signing and notarial support for prepared real estate and loan document packages, including refinance packages, seller documents, purchase documents, HELOCs, loan modifications, deeds, real estate affidavits, and other eligible documents.
The $100 starting package includes one signing appointment of up to two hours and may accommodate up to 20 required notarial acts. DC notarial acts are itemized at $5 per actual notarial act performed.
Additional charges may apply for printing, scanbacks, document shipping or return, extended appointment time, and applicable travel expenses. Any additional charges will be disclosed before your appointment.
